Our Waste Transfer Station

We have our very own waste transfer station for our demolition projects. Our station operates a swift waste transfer service by providing a convenient way to unload construction waste. Additionally, sorting through and finding recyclable materials is now easy and manageable.

Using a detailed picking and screening process, we categorise all waste handled at our transfer stations. This enables the different materials found to be taken to the correct places to then be repurposed and reused. This continuously has a massive effect on what goes to landfill and is great for improving the carbon dioxide footprint.

Soft-Stripping Service

The soft-stripping stage of a demolition project involves removing all non-structural items in a building. This will include fixtures, fittings, electrical cables, internal walls and ceilings, and any temporary internal structures. During this process, we focus on recycling and reusing materials where we can. This results in very little waste being leftover. All materials removed such as timber, glass and steel can all be recycled or repurposed.

Concrete Crushing

Our team always aim to do our best for recycling and the environment, therefore concrete crushing of materials is an integral part of the demolition process. Concrete crushing has a range of environmental, logistical, and financial benefits. To save landfill costs and making it more cost effective, we will provide our own crusher for the demolition site. This process is often chosen for clients who want the materials to be crushed and left on site for re-use with future projects.
